Brian is a Coach with a passion for Exercise, Fitness and Sports. In his youth, Brian swam, played soccer and water polo for his high school and club. and represented Jamaica on the national water polo team.

He attended Marist College in Poughkeepsie, New York and as a “walk-on” on the swimming team became captain in his final year. Moving to St Lucia (birth home of his father) in 1992 after graduating, he swam for St Lucia at the Commonwealth Games in Victoria, Canada in 1994, then went on to coach Trident swim club, a club he co-founded in 1995.

He became head coach for swimming at the Pan Am Games in Winnipeg, Canada in 1999, Commonwealth Games in Manchester, England in 2002, FINA World Swimming Championships in 2003 and The Olympic Games in Athens, Greece in 2004.

Brian is a CrossFit Level 1 Trainer, FINA Level 4 Swim Coach and a certified Active IQ Level 2 Fitness Instructor. He currently is the Swim Coach for Sea Jay’s Swim Club, founder of B-FiT Core & Strength Training, and is now the Owner/Coach of CrossFit 758.
